The Goal Tracker sheet below has been used in the past to set and measure goals for pre-season fitness. It's a good start for working on your own before pre-season workouts begin. Doing the work now makes it easier on you and the team so that we don't waste time during the season on fitness drills and can focus more on game tactics and scrimmages. |
